Everything was good, accommodating staff, great views of the sea. I was given fairly quiet and spacious room with a very comfy bed.

The hotel is located on a hill all by itself with nothing else around, providing a sense of tranquility and privacy. It offers easy access to explore the entire island as it is centrally located. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast options could be improved, as some guests mentioned that the buffet was not consistently filled with fresh food.

We were there during the high-season, but the jacuzzi was broken, the internet connection wasn't available, the bar was most of the time empty (no vodka! No gin! No rhum! No tomato juice!) and the bartender had no idea how to do a cocktail... The architecture of the hotel, moreover, looked closer to an hospital than an hotel. What a pity on such a beautiful island!

Facilities like bar and restaurant had very limited opening hours. The hotel was very silent. Thereseemed to be hardly any people there! Only during the breakfast there was some action. Hotel's location is not very central, but on the other hand the Island of Santa Maria itself is also not the busiest place in the world.

We appreciated this stay. Had great stay for 3 nights, the staff were amiable, location was unbeatable easy to get around the island from there. The staff assisted us with car rental. The breakfast was splendid, had plenty of options and the food was excellent.

The Staff is unprepared and unfriendly. The don´t have wireless sistem and no Internet in the room. The only acess to the Internet is paid! Very poor Breakfast. Very poor maintenance of the Facilities The presence lights and commum lights of the Hotel were swichted off and it´s an adventure to get to the hotel at night time. There were electrical sockets damaged in the room. Hotel staff tried to collect a phone call I suposselly made from my room (I have a cell phone!!!). Not to come back ever again

The breakfast had a good variety and individual options. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. the spacious and comfortable bedrooms had a huge and cozy bed, offering a nice view and warm atmosphere during the afternoon.

The hotel is poorly positioned, a couple of kilometers away from the main town, making it inconvenient for exploring the area. the lack of an iron in the room was disappointing, leaving our clothes creased after a long journey.

The hotel is clean, has good facilities, and is conveniently located on a hill all by itself on Santa Maria island. The staff is friendly and helpful.
